An access ramp is available for the entrance on Piazza Falcone Borsellino.
At the entrance on Via Pasini, 44 there are eight steps but an elevator is available and can be requested by ringing the bell.
Staff in charge of welcoming visitors is stationed at the entrance.
Inside, elevators make every floor of the museum accessible to wheelchairs, strollers and walking aids.

If needed, visitors with disability can use the outside elevator to access the Museum in Via Pasini, 44.

Wardrobe and bulky objects
ou may deposit bulky object at the ticket office, free of charge. Umbrellas must be left at the entrance.

Guide dogs are welcome, otherwise animals are not permitted access.
Food and beverages
Food and beverages are strictly forbidden within the exhibit rooms and the whole of the Civic Museum Palazzo Fogazzaro.
Reproductions
Photographs are permitted as long as there is no flash and no tripods are used.
Some temporary exhibits may prohibit reproduction and filming if the Museum is hosting pieces from other collections.

Permission to reproduce
All works exhibited within the Museum are protected by copyright owned by the City of Schio. Any requests for high resolution images and authorisation for their publication, filming or shooting must be sent to the Civic Museum, with necessary information to identify how and to what end thy will be used.
Freedom of reproduction and distribution
Reproductions of cultural heritage and their distribution are free of charge if the finality is study and research, freedom of thought and expression, creative expression, promoting knowledge of cultural heritage, on two conditions: no profit is made, directly or indirectly; shooting is done without the use of tripods and/or statives, flash and lights, there is no physical contact with the piece of heritage. No direct or indirect profit can be made by distribution either.
